All orders are processed at our next availability and in the order which we receive them.

Delivery is carried out by DPD Couriers, and is usually within 3 - 6 working days, excluding public holidays.

Please note delivery times may be longer during busy periods, or due to unforseen delays outside of our control.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st January.

We deliver to mainland Latvia only, excluding islands.

The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing.
